OCSA BOARD MEETING
October 14, 2021
Present: Gary Haupt, Junior Crafton, Jeff Wilhoit, Jodie King & Chad Littler
The meeting was called to order at 5 pm, by President Jeff Wilhoit.
The next meeting will be November 11, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
Gary made a motion to approve the agenda, Junior seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Previous Minutes: Junior Crafton read the minutes from the last board meeting held on September 9, 2021. As there were no corrections noted, Gary Haupt made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Jodie King seconded and the motion carried.
Chad: The financial report is as follows: in our checking account we have $213,296.10 and in our Heim Young account we have $242,301.21 for a total of $455,597.37.
Karen: Nothing.
Jeff: Nothing
New Business: Rick Ledoux needs a price on Lots 7,9,10 Block 61, OPV. Lot 6 is owned by non-member who has owned it for over 50 years. Rick offered $5,000.00 for the front 2 lots and $3,000.00 for the back lot. Gary suggested $7,000.00 for the front lots and $4,000.00 on the back lot. Junior made a motion to set it for pending until the board could look at the lots. Also, asked Rick to make an offer in writing. Jodie seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Old Business: No old business.
As there was no further business, Junior made a motion to adjourn, Gary seconded and the motion carried.
President Jeff Wilhoit adjourned the meeting at 5:20 pm.

**NOTE: It was discovered on November 18, 2021 that Jodie King and Chad Littler were ineligible to hold a seat on the Oakmont Board of Directors as of October 4, 2021. See minutes from the December 9, 2021 board meeting.
RESOLUTION
At the October 14, 2021 monthly OCSA board meeting, two board members were ineligible to participate in the board business. This resolution is to ratify all business conducted by the remaining seated board members. This resolution is hereby adopted on this 9th day of December, 2021.
