The Oakmont Community occasionally has vacant lots available for purchase within the Association. These lots provide an opportunity to become a member of the community and enjoy the amenities and benefits offered through the Oakmont Community Improvement Association.

Community & HOA Information

All lots are subject to the Oakmont Community HOA’s governing documents, including the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Bylaws, Policies, and Rules and Regulations. HOA membership is required upon purchase and annual assessments apply.

HOA dues are required and must be current prior to closing

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all HOA documents before purchase

Building requirements and approval from Architectural Committee apply

Utility availability and lot suitability should be confirmed by the buyer
