• Lyle Malcore and Susan Foster – request to price alternative lots on Jones Road and Pickens/Poplar Drive

New Business:

• Valerie and Robert Budd – Offer to purchase Tract 25 with 6+ acres at Lakeview Court
• Endelgunde Johnson – request to give back lot to Association
