Eric Franklin

Eric and his wife Jeanann grew up as neighbors and high school sweethearts in central Oklahoma. He graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1983. He began working for Southwestern Bell in Oklahoma City and later for AT&T in St Louis until 1987. Since that time, he has worked in many different disciplines including sales, logistics, entertainment, real estate and running a Kirby Distributorship.

They have been married for 50 years. They have 4 daughters and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their 12th grandchild. They enjoy traveling and spending
time with their family and friends whenever possible. He has made 6 trips to Ukraine to volunteer at a Christian children’s camp, as well as doing volunteer
work in Mexico and Panama.

In 2019, when he retired, they moved to the Ozarks, which has been a dream for both of them for many years. We find the people here are so friendly and want to go out of their way to help anytime that they can.

I am excited about the possibility of serving on the board of the HOA and look forward to making this an even better place to live.

 

Richard Ledoux

Meet Richard Ledoux, a devoted family man, successful electrical contracting company owner, and a long-time resident of our community. Richard has lived in our neighborhood for nearly a decade.  Richard’s active involvement with the HOA has given him a unique perspective on the community’s needs and the issues that affect all its residents.  He is deeply committed to ensuring that our community continues to grow and thrive.

Richard’s involvement in a local church, Closer Walk, has allowed him to build strong relationships with our neighbors and gain a deep understanding of their needs. As a member of the HOA, Richard is passionate about representing every resident and ensuring that their voices are heard.

With his extensive experience owning and operating a successful business, Richard possesses the technical knowledge and expertise necessary to make informed decisions about issues affecting our community.  He has worked closely with other board members to identify ways to enhance the community’s overall quality of life and believes that there is still much work to be done.

Richard’s vision for the future is one where our community benefits all its residents equally. He is committed to using his leadership skills, technical expertise, and collaborative approach to ensure that our community’s resources are used effectively and efficiently.

By serving on the HOA board, Richard hopes to make a meaningful contribution to the community’s growth and prosperity. He is passionate about working towards a future where every resident is represented, and their needs are addressed. With his dedication, knowledge, and collaborative approach, Richard is the ideal candidate for the HOA board and is confident that he can help lead the community toward a brighter future.
