• Lot return request from Donald Jones at Lakeview, Block H, Lot 8 on Second Avenue

New Business:

• Approval of revised Open Lot Sales Policy and Procedure to include the Lot Purchase and Sale
  Agreement – Megan McGuire
• Susan Foster and Lyle Malcore offering $2,800 for East Addition, Block 3, Lot 23 on Devil’s Pool
