OCIA Emergency Special Session Minutes

November 30, 2021 @ 4:15 p.m.

In attendance:  Jeff Wilhoit (by telephone), Junior Crafton and Gary Haupt.

Motion was made by Junior Crafton to go into Special Session to deal with board vacancies.  Seconded by Gary Haupt.  Meeting was called to order by President Wilhoit at 4:15 p.m.

President Wilhoit advised he would not be able to attend the regular monthly meeting to be held on December 9, 2021.  The two board vacancies were scheduled to be discussed and filled at the monthly meeting.  With only two board members able to attend, that would not constitute a quorum.  Therefore, there was a discussion of possible candidates.

Gary Haupt made a motion to replace Jodie King with Jeff Farquhar as a member of the Oakmont Board of Directors.  Motion was seconded by Junior Crafton.  Motion carried unanimously.

Junior Crafton made a motion to replace Chad Littler with Megan McGuire as a member of the Oakmont Board of Directors.  Motion was seconded by Gary Haupt.  Motion carried unanimously.

Gary Haupt was directed to make contact with the two new members.

The board will elect new officers at the December 9, 2021 board meeting.

With no further business, Junior Crafton made a motion to adjourn.  Gary Haupt seconded.  President Wilhoit adjourned the meeting.
