OCIA BOARD MEETING
November 11, 2021 @ 5:36 p.m.
Present: Jeff Wilhoit, Jodie King, Chad Littler, and Gary Haupt
The meeting was called to order at 5:36 pm by President Jeff Wilhoit.
The next meeting will be held on December 9, 2021 at 5 p.m.
Gary made a motion to accept the Agenda. Jodie seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Previous Minutes: Jeff read the minutes from the last board meeting held on October 14, 2021. As there were no corrections noted, Jodie made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Gary seconded and the motion carried.
Chad: The checking account has $112,945.93 and the R&R (Repair and Replace) account has $141,778.56. The Rec Center had $500.00 in camping and $230.00 in parties in October.
Donnie: We’ve been finishing brush hogging, blowing and burning leaves. I took the truck to Bus Andrews to put the snow plow assembly on the truck. The grader needs new brakes. They will pick-up the grader and transport it to Springfield to fix the brakes. It will cost $500.00 each way for transportation. They couldn’t give me a quote on the repair until they start tearing the brakes apart. The electrical heater in the garage went bad. Richard Ledoux will get us a new heater, he is looking at lights in pool that need to be replaced, also going to put in a receptacle in the pool mechanical room. Donnie needs to paint ceiling in the pool room while Indian Summer Pool repairs the pool.
Karen: KPM (our Auditors) questioned how the assessment for the Recreation Center was paid in 2021. Karen will call Barb at KPM and explain how Oakmont billings work.
Jeff: Nothing
New Business: It was decided that the Christmas Dinner for the Oakmont employees will be December 9, 2021 at 11:00. Gary will order the food for the dinner and get the money for the employee bonuses.
Old Business: Chad will bring in the paperwork for the new buildings that have been built under the umbrella companies of Big Cedar since 2009 for accurate assessment by Oakmont at the December meetings.
As there was no further business, Gary made a motion to adjourn. Jodie seconded the motion. Motion carried.
President Jeff Wilhoit adjourned the meeting at 6:15 p.m.

**NOTE: It was discovered on November 18, 2021 that Jodie King and Chad Littler were ineligible to hold a seat on the Oakmont Board of Directors as of October 4, 2021. See minutes from the December 9, 2021 board meeting.

RESOLUTION
At the November 11, 2021 monthly OCIA board meeting, two board members were ineligible to participate in the board business. This resolution is to ratify all business conducted by the remaining seated board members. This resolution is hereby adopted on this 9th day of December, 2021.
