NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE OAKMONT COMMUNITY SALES AND IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATIONS
The Board and Staff of your Associations cordially invite you to attend the
2026 Annual Meeting
Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
Oakmont Community Recreational Center
2308 State Highway 86, Ridgedale, MO 65739
Only members in good standing, including having paid this year’s assessment (2026) will be allowed to attend the Annual Meeting. Membership status will be verified at the door to receive voting ballots. The meeting begins promptly at 1:00 p.m., so arrive early to sign in and complete your ballot. If you cannot attend, please return the enclosed Proxy Voting Form as soon as possible. Original proxies must be submitted no later than one hour before the meeting to be counted.

The annual meeting of the membership of the Oakmont Community Improvement Association, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Oakmont Community Sales Association, Inc., will be held for the following purposes:
- To receive a report of the Association activities and financial status for the previous year and to present the budget for the current year;
- To elect one (1) member to serve on the Board of Directors for a three (3) year term; and
- To transact such other business as may be properly brought before the membership.
To ensure all topics are covered, the Annual Meeting agenda will be strictly followed. If any member would like to discuss a topic of mutual concern, please notify the Board Secretary in writing by April 22, 2026.
Any member in good standing and a full-time resident may submit their nomination for election to the Board of Directors. Please refer to our website: OakmontCommunity.com for Board Member Qualifications and Requirements. Nominations for the open Board position must be submitted in writing, signed by at least five members (or one member with five votes), and accepted in writing by the nominee. Submit nominations using the enclosed Nomination Form between April 1 and before 4:00 p.m. on April 24, 2026.
