Oakmont Community Newsletter – August 2026

Board Resolution – August 6, 2026

Effective August 6, 2026, all covenants will be enforced, all construction and/or addition of homes and other structures must be submitted in writing for approval, including copies of permit application to the County.  Construction and additions may not commence until the owner receives permits from the County, which must be posted, and approved in writing by OCIA.

If property is sold, any and all current structures and property conditions must be brought into compliance of covenants by the seller OR the seller must reveal to the buyer all non-compliant issues in the disclosure documents.  It is the responsibility of the seller and the buyer, however, assistance in identifying areas of non-compliance is available through the Architectural Committee.

If buyer accepts property in non-compliant state, buyer accepts responsibility for resolving any non-compliant issues to the satisfaction of OCIA.

Please be advised that:

2026 Oakmont Community Improvement Association membership cards are required for use of all Association amenities during 2026. Members must have their current 2026 membership card available when using Association facilities and amenities. Membership cards help the Association verify that membership is current and that the individual is authorized to use the amenities.

If you have not picked up your 2026 membership card, please stop by the Oakmont Community Recreation Center. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain our amenities for the benefit of all members.
