OAKMONT COMMUNITY SALES ASSOCIATION
BOARD MEETING MINUTES – SPECIAL SESSION
SEPTEMBER 12, 2022
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Crafton.
Present: Board Members Junior Crafton, Gary Haupt, Megan McGuire and Jeff Wilhoit were in attendance via phone.
Absent: Jeff Farquhar.
President Crafton called this special session to expedite a response back to Adam Zink. Due to an oversight by Junior Crafton, Adam Zink’s latest counteroffer was mistakenly presented to the Board at the September 8, 2022 meeting as $2,000 when in fact his latest offer was $3,500. President Crafton had received the second counteroffer from Mr. Zink via e-mail and inadvertently failed to bring to the September 8th meeting. When he asked Polly Rannels to get a copy for the meeting, she had not been copied on the latest counteroffer and pulled the one she had which was the previous and old counteroffer from Mr. Zink.
- Motion: After President Crafton presented the history of the conversations with Mr. Zink back to January 2022, Jeff Wilhoit moved to offer Lakewood Estates, Block 2, Lot 11 on Cedar Drive to Mr. Zink for $4,000 and splitting the closing costs. Gary Haupt seconded. All Board members voted in favor including a proxy vote from Jeff Farquhar provided through Junior Crafton. Motion carried.
Adjournment: Junior Crafton called for adjournment.
- Motion: Gary Haupt moved and Megan McGuire seconded to adjourn at 7:07 p.m. All Board members voted in favor and the motion carried.
The next regular meeting will be held on October 13, 2022.
